Your Safety is our #1 Priority!
Team Travel Source wants you to feel as safe as possible and to have information that you need when selecting a hotel for your event. We have worked with each hotel brand to understand their protocol to keep their guests safe and other tips to limit your exposure. The safety of the athletes has always been a priority for TTS when contracting hotels for events. Now, we are taking it a step further in verifying that the hotels are taking extra steps on your behalf to ensure your safety. On this page, we have provided a link to each hotel brand's COVID-19 protocol as well as the CDC guidelines for sports in each state. We want to get back to the competition mat but most importantly, we want to make sure our guests are as safe as possible during this unprecedented time.
HOTEL SPECIFIC COVID 19 POLICIES
We have received the COVID-19 plan for each hotel brands and linked it from each hotel throughout your booking experience. If you would like to read about each brand prior to booking your room, select the brand below, and it will take you to their policies and procedures regarding COVID-19. These will be kept up to date throughout the entire season for your review. Team Travel Source has posted each brand's global policy, however, it is up to each property to follow the guidelines. If we find that a property is not complying, they will be removed from all future events and will be reported to their hotel brand's corporate office. We take safety seriously at TTS.
