2022 - 2023 Varsity All Star Housing Launch Details
HOW IT WILL WORK FOR HOUSING REQUIRED (NON-SUPER NATIONALS):
Registered Programs will be sent the housing booking links in waves beginning on the Team Booking Window Start Date.
HOW IT WILL WORK FOR HOUSING REQUIRED - SUPER NATIONALS
For the Super Nationals events, programs will no longer need to save their spot in line. The time stamp on your Varsity registration for the event will serve this purpose. The housing booking link will be sent to programs at a specific time unique to their gym.
COACHES/ GYM OWNERS - PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
In order to be assigned a team booking wave, the program must be registered on the first day of the Team Booking Window. Example: For the January Housing Required events, team booking waves will be assigned to all teams registered by August 31st. Teams registered after the specific Team Booking Window Start Date will have access to the booking link on the Team Booking Window End Date at 12PM EST by clicking the Housing Required button below.
