WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN HOUSING OPENS...

• Instructions on how to book will be emailed to registered programs ONLY. 

• An email from Team Travel Source will be sent on the Monday prior to the Wednesday Launch that will include your program's time to book!

• The instructions to book will provide information on how to block rooms for the program/teams, how to book coaches rooms, etc.

• Be sure to forward booking information to parents to book rooms, as booking windows will be short to ensure that unused rooms are not being held.

• Make sure to include your team code when reserving rooms. Your coach/gym owner will have this information.
