2020-2021 SEASON HOUSING DETAILS

TTS will send a rooming list reminder to the Travel Coordinator 1 week prior to cut-off date. (*2 weeks for Passkey Events).

​The Travel Coordinator will send the rooming list to TTS 1 day prior to scheduled cut-off date.

Once rooming list is received, TTS will forward the rooming list to the hotel, copy the Travel Coordinator, and introduce them to our hotel partners.
All modifications/cancellations from that point on will be made by the Travel Coordinator to the Hotel directly.
